Give Online

Online giving is a secure and easy way to support Peace Lutheran Church. You can  make a one-time gift or establish a recurring contribution.

Make a One-Time Gift through Venmo

Set Up a Recurring Gift

When setting up a recurring donation, you may choose from several distribution options, as described below.

  Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.
Luke 6:38

Peace Ratio

We encourage all members and friends of Peace to choose this option for their regular offerings.  If you check the “Peace Ratio” box on the online giving form, your total gift will be automatically divided between the Mission & Ministry and Capital funds according to our budgetary needs.  Currently this ratio is 4-to-1 but that may change over time.  The Peace Ratio allows your giving to be put to immediate use in the most helpful way to support Peace Lutheran Church.

Mission & Ministry Fund (M&M)

Peace’s general operating budget.  M&M gifts support all Peace programming, including Worship and Music, Christian Education, Caring Ministries, Hunger and Human Needs, Congregational Life, and Outreach and Evangelism.  Staff salaries and benefits, insurance and utilities are also included.

Capital Fund

Gifts to the Capital Fund support our mortgage, so we can continue to make use of our beautiful facility and property.  Any additional capital fund support can be applied to other capital projects.

Dedicated Funds

Gifts can be “dedicated” or restricted in use for a specific programming area or project. These gifts are held in a separate dedicated funds account.

Peace Endowment Fund

Typically received in the form of bequests and other legacy gifts, these funds are permanently restricted in a separate investment fund.  Income from these investments can be used to support…

    • Special capital projects or new programming initiatives at Peace;
    • Outreach to the local community and Synod;
    • Support of ELCA churchwide ministries, world hunger and global mission programs;
    • Peace members attending ELCA seminaries, excluding pastors and interns.

If you’d like to explore your giving options, please contact us and someone from the Endowment Board will get in touch with you.
