Confirmation, Spirit Time and Wednesday evening suppers resume tonight!

For those of you who have been attending in-person and online, you know that we have had a lot of loss in our congregation. Please be in prayer for those who are mourning the death of a loved one this season.

Thank you to those of you who are donating to the food shelf. After the holiday basket ministries of Thanksgiving and Christmas, it is time for us to re-stock supplies to support those in our community who rely on our food shelf, and to be thinking ahead and preparing for the Easter Holiday ministry. We need all of our usual staples, including canned tuna and chicken, oatmeal packets, cereal, boxed pastas and sauce, canned vegetables, canned soup, and pancake mix and syrup.

New Member Orientation is on Saturday, February 4, at 10 am, and on Sunday, February 12, in the choir room following worship. Please let the Office know which of the dates you will attend. We will receive new members on Palm Sunday, April 2, during our 10 am worship service.

Please sign up to serve Sunday morning refreshments. There is a sign up on the bulletin board near the entrance door. Remember, if we don’t have individuals and families signing up to serve, there will be no fellowship on those mornings. Please sign up or call the Office and we will sign you up. Remember, if no one signs up, then there is no coffee and refreshments on those Sundays.

We will be putting a flower chart up in the next two weeks for those of you who want to order flowers in honor, memory or celebration of a life event. We look forward to returning to altar flowers. Be sure and sign up so that we can have flowers every weekend!

I appreciated those of you who reached out to me! It’s fun to be in conversation with so many of you and hear about your spiritual journeys and the concerns of your lives.
